LOGIN to your Ovatu account to manage existing appointments or to view/pay outstanding invoices.
Ovatu allows you to view, reschedule or cancel your appointments at your convenience 24/7. It also is where your invoices and payments will be handled.
If you are a returning patient you will access your account using the email address on file with me from your initial paperwork.
If you are a new patient you will be prompted to create your Ovatu account. Once you have booked your first appointment you will receive a separate email inviting you to setup your Patient Portal Account in ChARM. This is where you will fill out the new patient paperwork under the Questionnaires section of the Patient Portal.
